სლოვაკეთის რესპუბლიკის გაცვლითი პროგრამის 2020 ფარგლებში ორ ქართველ სტუდენტს შესაძლებლობა ეძლევა მონაწილეობა მიიღოს „GLOBSEC 2020 Forum in Bratislava“.

ფორუმი გაიმართება ქ. ბრატისლავაში 2020 წლის 28-30 აგვისტოს. შერჩეულ 2 სტუდენტს სრულად დაუფინანსდება კონფერენციაში მონაწილეობასთან დაკავშირებული ყველა სახის ხარჯი.  

კონკურსში მონაწილეობის პირობებია:

• კონკურსში მონაწილეობა შეუძლიათ ბაკალავრიატისა და მაგისტრატურის სტუდენტებს;
• კანდიდატები შეირჩევიან 4 ქართული უნივერსიტეტიდან (ფაკულტეტი: საერთაშორისო ურთიერთობები).
• კანდიდატებმა უნდა დაწერონ ესე (დაწვრილებითი ინფორმაციისათვის იხილეთ ბმული)
• ესე უნდა გაიგზავნოს საქართველოში  სლოვაკეთის რესპუბლიკის საელჩოში ა/წ 30 მაისამდე, შემდეგ ელ.-ფოსტაზე: emb.tbilisi@mzv.sk
• შერჩევას განახორციელებს სლოვაკეთის რესპუბლიკის საელჩო საქართველოში.

1. "GLOBSEC 1: Future of Europe"

Subtopics:

• What vision does the EU have for the next decisive decade? 
• To what extent do cultural divisions predestine our political choices? 
• Can Europe define its common identity? 
• What are the reasons for the crisis of democracy? 
• Where does the EU stand in the multipolar world and where does it want to be? 
• What is the geopolitical outlook for Europe? 
• How can the EU act as a geopolitical power?

2. "GLOBSEC 2: Defense and Security"

Subtopics:

• What will the future security architecture look like? 
• Can we expect a revival of the arms race? 
• What role will the Arctic and space play in geopolitics? 
• How are emerging technology and hybrid warfare shaping the security paradigm? 
• What is the geopolitical outlook for Europe?
• How can the EU act as a geopolitical power?

3. "The Biggest Security Challenge in Your Country and Magic Bullet (s)"

Description: Think about the main security challenge your country has to deal with and what is in your opinion the "magic bullet" that would solve the problem. Think out-of-box, but try to keep to the political realities of your countries/region.
