Outbound Mobility for Staff

The international staff mobility program plays a crucial role in advancing the university’s internationalization efforts, fostering organizational and systemic growth, and enhancing the standards of research and teaching.

TSU is continuously cultivating its international connections in order to broaden and multiply international mobility prospects and to promote the professional development of university professors and administrative staff by exchanging successful practices based on the example of foreign higher education institutions, ultimately integrating them into the international academic/scientific community.

International mobility of TSU staff is carried out within the framework of a number of projects and programs, including:

  • exchange programs stipulated by bilateral institutional cooperation agreements;
  • Erasmus + (ICM) programs funded by the European Commission;
  • Mevlana exchange programs sponsored by the Turkish government.

The international staff mobility program offers opportunities for both academic and administrative staff at the university. It enables short-term mobility to partner foreign higher education institutions. For academic staff, this includes activities such as teaching, training sessions, conference participation, and more. For administrative staff, the program facilitates activities such as establishing or strengthening institutional connections, participating in workshops, and exchanging successful practices with international colleagues.
