SpinCar is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Web team in Tbilisi. You will handle various areas of the Human Resources function. The position responsibilities may include recruitment and retention, compensation, employee/labor relations, counseling and training/development. You will work closely with management and executives to develop the processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals through people optimization.

Requirements

● BA/BS required

● 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources or related field

● Solid judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver effective results and meet deadlines.

● Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

● Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

● Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

● Provide coaching to people Managers on leadership development, performance management, organizational design and other people-related matters

● Act as a primary driver for cyclical programs including, but not limited to, annual review, talent review and promotions

● Good numerical and analytical skills; knowledge of advanced excel a plus

● Ability to establish and build effective, lasting relationships with colleagues, partners, and key stakeholders
