MOORE abc LLC is seeking an intern for Valuation department, who will assist the company`s
Corporate Finances and Valuation team in multiple valuation and research engagements.
Responsibilities:
- We need your support for assistance in technical analyses related to valuation report
review, lots of interesting research, company and comparability analysis;
- Effectively apply financial or economical knowledge to valuation projects, for example
application of statistical techniques, financial ratios and data classification; work with
accounting and financial data, analyze, and perform financial adjustment calculation;
- Develop understanding of basic Valuation concepts and apply them in every day work;
- Assistance in administrative matters of the team, including translation of documents.
Job requirements:
 Bachelors in finance, economics, accounting or related field (e.g. quantitative and
qualitative methods);
 Work experience in valuation is not compulsory but considered as an asset;
 Fluent in both written and spoken in English (mandatory); knowledge of Russian is a plus;
 Demonstrate the ability to perform financial research and analysis with some financial
modelling will be an asset;
 Readiness to develop understanding of basic Valuation concepts and applying them in
every day work;
 Excellent verbal/written communications skills;
 Effective time management skills;
 Ability to work in fast paced professional services environment.
