About the project

Currently, we are looking for a top Client Success/Account Manager for our key client in Dubai, UAE, which is a company that has successfully supported over 800 enterprises across the globe. Its clientele encompasses entrepreneurs, investors, freelancers, and high-net-worth individuals, all relying on the company's expertise. The company specializes in establishing custom corporate structures, optimizing tax strategies, ensuring asset protection, and providing essential banking solutions for organizations venturing into international markets.

 

The company's strategic focus extends to key European countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Sweden. What truly defines their approach is the commitment to tailored solutions and collaborative partnerships, ensuring that each client receives precisely what they need to thrive on the global stage.


Your Duties:

As a Client Success/Account Manager, you will be:

  • Advising clients on banking options, aligning with preferences and needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinating retrieval and delivery of digital and physical Emirates IDs, and managing logistics.
  • Scheduling Medical and Biometrics for clients during residency completion, overseeing the process.
  • Efficiently overseeing the formation of personal and business bank accounts within set timelines.
  • Fostering relationships with leading UAE banks, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Retrieving necessary company documents from Freezone for banking processes.
  • Guiding clients on various medical and travel insurance policies, overseeing the registration and renewal process.
  • Managing responsibilities for Client Engagement Associate and Operations Supervisor.



Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Client Success/Account manager
  • Expertise working with B2B and B2C Clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relations.
  • Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Responsive and able to meet assignment deadlines.
  • Agile teamwork and ability to initiate and follow in team projects.
  • Empathy towards customer needs and concerns.
  • English level upper intermediate (B2) is a must
  • Nice to Have - Experience in banking, insurance or similar industry.
