About the Project

We are looking for a top German Speaking Talent Search Specialist for our key client which is Berlin, Germany based company. It is a specialist recruitment firm with an exclusive focus on sales recruitment across industries. The client helps German and international businesses with filling their open sales, account management and sales leadership roles, and they help candidates find that next great sales opportunity.

Your Duties:

As a German Speaking Talent Search Specialist you will:

- Independently manage the entire search process for outstanding talent for our clients

- Be responsible for the success of your search and the successful identification of sales staff for the fastest growing digital companies in the world

- Decide independently on your success processes - for this purpose you use our special software solutions, social media channels (LinkedIn), and our database

- Strengthen the company and the success rates through your above-average determination to do your job in the best possible way
 

Requirements: 

• Having an independent, proactive, and responsible working style
• Having assertiveness and very good communication skills
• Your quality awareness is above average
• You are digitally affine
• Skilled in the use of Office/Word/Excel
• LinkedIn and Xing are not foreign words for you
• German language level advanced (C1) is a must/ English language Upper-intermediate (B2) is a must 

Nice to have: 

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable training
• Experience in the relevant field
