Job title: Intern in RN Planning & Optimization Engineering

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assisting the work in planning and optimization of a radio network.
• Performing daily routine distant support or support on the site in solving crucial defects and faulty network operation;
• Provide the Radio Network design data and simulation result as the customer required. such as the antenna high, tilt, azimuth, Coverage result etc.
• Analysis the Drive test result and find the Network Problems with the Post process tools.
• Analysis the system features and parameters to optimize the network performance KPIs.
• Provide Optimization solutions and suggestion to improve the network quality.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of telecommunications, or information technology.
• Intermediate English
• Fundamental knowledge of planning and optimization of radio networks in correspondent sphere of service and in certain products; skills in network planning including systems of antenna systems;
• Ability and eagerness to make small network expansions.
