HR Recruitment Agency is seeking to recruit suitable individual for the position of Trainer

Hired person will be assigned to company Samsung.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• To conduct trainings for regional and local partner networks (in store, classroom, webinar and other)
• To conduct trainings for Field Force (in the shop, the classroom, via webinar;
• Training materials development and localization;
• Learning process coordination with local partners;
• Control of trainings conducted by merchandisers (participants call check);
• Reporting to Trainer Coordinator;
• Participation in trainings organized by Samsung;
• To conduct trainings for Samsung Experienced Shops;
• Field Force knowledge control on a monthly basis by means of certification;
• Control of merchandisers training plan performance;
• Develop and further nurture FSM knowledge on Samsung proprietary educational platform.
   

Experience and Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet;
• Experience in marketing / retail (1 or more years);
• University Degree;
• Georgian - Native, English - Fluent, Knowledge of Russian is preferable;
