Provide name, surname, middle name, personal number, and faculty. The information will be transmitted to the Study Department within 24 hours. Take into consideration that the Subscription Division is open Monday - Thursday, 9:00 - 18:00, Friday: 9:00 - 17:00, Saturday 10:00 - 16:00.
