TSU- International Staff Weeks
Since 2017, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University has been hosting the International Staff Week. This event serves as a platform distinguished by the sharing of professional experience among academic and administrative staff, the strengthening of cooperation, and the development of international connections.
Over the years, hundreds of representatives from European universities have participated in the event, and in total, up to 400 international staff members have visited TSU.
Objective
The goal of the International Staff Week is to deepen relationships among partner universities and explore new opportunities for international collaboration. This event promotes the exchange of best practices, discussions of shared challenges, and the identification of solutions. It also brings participants together to enhance their professional skills and acquire new knowledge in various academic and administrative fields.
The event also places particular importance on cultural exchange. Participants have the opportunity to learn about Georgian culture, traditions, and the historical heritage of Tbilisi State University. The event includes workshops, presentations, discussions, and cultural activities.
