Scholarship Selection Process:
- Checking of electronic applications and relevant documentation (Tbilisi State University)
- Interview with the selection commission (Tbilisi State University)
- Final selection/scholarship award (host university)
List of application documentation:
1. Copy of passport;
2. Reference of employment (in English);
3. European format of CV in English;
4. A recommendation in English (on the electronic registration portal mobility.tsu.ge you have to enter your recommender’s data. The link will be sent automatically and then he/she should fill it out online);
5. Filled Work Plan in English
A) The work plan should include 8 lectures per week; the document must be signed and sealed by the relevant Dean of TSU Faculties, Appendix 1; (In case of academic staff)
B) Filled mobility agreement signed and sealed by the relevant Head of TSU Administrative Departments; Appendix 2; (In case of administrative staff)
6. Letter of interest issued by the Host University (Pre-Acceptance letter) (an official letter is not mandatory, just a confirmation/consent issued by the applicable secretariat of the Academic Direction of the Host University or by the Professor);
7. The name of the desired university, according to the Latin alphabet (the application can only be done for the one university);
Academic and administrative staff interested in the current program should be registered at the exchange and mobility program management electronic registration portal mobility.tsu.ge, upload a complete list of application documents (in PDF format) and send them electronically until 14:00 pm, on the 13th of May 2022.

Please note that the portal mobility.tsu.ge:
- Do not register the applications after the expiry of the specified term (February 11, 14:00);
- Do not register an incomplete application;
- Application considered electronically received after clicking on the send button!
- After successfully sending the application documents, the applicant will receive the appropriate message on her/his e-mail;
- The time and date of the interviews term will be sent individually to all applicants via the portal [mobility.tsu.ge];
- Interviews with applicants will be held remotely!
b) Restrictions on Finance and Covid-19:
- Exercising physical mobility may involve adhering to administrative rules and regulations regarding entry into the host country, such as possession of a full Covid-19 vaccination certificate (including booster dose), PCR testing (single or multiple), quarantine stay, travel, health insurance and other related financial costs and time resources. All such expenses shall be reimbursed by the participant.
