The call is announced for the administrative staff of the TSU Department of Foreign Affairs to win Erasmus + Scholarships at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iaşi (Romania)! 

 

 

!!! Physical mobility will depend on the epidemiological situation in Georgia and Romania, as well as on entry and stay regulations in the host country.

 

The competition is open to Employees of the Department of Foreign Relations of Tbilisi State University engaged in a decision-making position.

 

 

Scholarship Selection Process:

 

  1. Checking the electronic application and relevant documentation (Tbilisi State University)
  2. Interview with Candidates Selection Commission (Tbilisi State University)
  3. Final Selection / Scholarship Award (Host University)

 

 

List of application documentation:

 

  1. Copy of passport;
  2. Certificate of employment (in English);
  3. European format of CV in English;
  4. Completed work plan in English.  Appendix 1;
  5. Recommendation in English (filled in electronically)

 

 

The administrative staff interested in applying for the exchange program should register on the electronic registration portal of exchange and mobility program management mobility.tsu.ge, upload the full list of application documentation (in PDF format) and send the application electronically by 14:00 on January 24, 2022!

Please note that the portal mobility.tsu.ge:

  • Does not register applications after the deadline (January 24, 14:00);
  • Does not register an incomplete application package;
  • The application is considered electronically submitted only after pressing the send button!
  • Upon successful submission of the application documentation, the applicant will receive the relevant email notification;
  • The time and date of the interviews will be sent individually to all applicants by e-mail indicated on the portal [mobility.tsu.ge];
  • Applicants will be interviewed remotely!

 

b) Finances and restrictions related to Covid-19:

  • Exercising physical mobility may involve adhering to administrative rules and regulations related to entry into the host country, such as possession of a full Covid-19 vaccination certificate, PCR testing (single or multiple), stay in quarantine, travel, health and accident insurance, and more. Which is related to financial costs and time resources. The mobility participant shall reimburse all such expenses.
