Senior Circuit Court Judge Mark A. Speiser and attorney Robert Trachman visit at International Law Institute.

Senior Circuit Court Judge Mark A. Speiser and attorney Robert Trachman, in collaboration with the International Law Institute, recently visited Tbilisi State University from May 11th to May 20th.

During their visit, they conducted an intensive course titled "Criminal Law and Criminal Law Procedure in the U.S." for the students of the Faculty of Law.

Judge Speiser and Attorney Trachman, within Jean Monnet Chair - "Understanding EU Policy for Equality”, graciously held two engaging public lectures during their stay. The topics covered were:

1. "US Constitution Amendments on Human Rights"
2. "Death Penalty in the U.S."

The public lectures were attended by students and academic personnel of TSU and other universities.
