Public Lecture on US Constitution Amendments on Human Rights

The International Law Institute is thrilled to present an insightful public lecture by Senior Circuit Court Judge Mark A. Speiser and Attorney Robert Trachman! On Tuesday, May 16th at 13:00, Judge Speiser will share his expertise on US Constitution Amendments on Human Rights.
