Jaba Samushia, Rector of Tbilisi State University, together with his Georgian colleagues, President of the Caucasus University, Kakha Shengelia and Rector of Akaki Tsereteli State University, Shalva Kirtadze, is participating in the Regional Conference of Rectors of the Francophone University Agency (AUF) in Central and Eastern Europe, held in Bucharest.
The purpose of the event is to define the future strategy of AUF through discussions among the participants, and at the same time, to develop scientific cooperation among the member universities of AUF and to promote multilingual links.
Rectors of higher education institutions from Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Slovakia, Macedonia, Kosovo and other countries are also participating in the meeting.
