Starting in the 2025-26 academic year, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens will begin accepting the first cohort of doctoral students into their joint international doctoral program, “Governance and Administration of Education and Science.”
The program is being implemented with financial support from the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia. For the first three years, the state will finance the program with 300,000 GEL annually.
Students will complete internships in Tbilisi and Athens and have the opportunity to conduct research and work in EU member states. For more information about the program, follow this link.
