Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia will host an International Academic Conference dedicated to Ivane Javakhishvili — the founder of Tbilisi State University — on April 24–25, 2026. The conference is titled Ivane Javakhishvili – 150.
The following thematic sections will be convened:
History of Georgia; World History; Georgian Literature; Literary Studies; Translation Studies; Linguistics; Georgian Language; Caucasian Studies; Ethnology and Anthropology; Archaeology; Philosophy; Art History and Visual Arts; Cultural Studies; Social Sciences; Economics and Economic History; Law and Legal History; Psychology; Educational Sciences; Medicine.
Prospective participants are requested to submit their abstracts no later than March 31, 2026 to the following e-mail address: javakhishvili150@tsu.ge
Participation format: In-person (oral presentation).
Venue: Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Georgia.

Font: UNICODE (Sylfaen);
The body of the abstract should begin on a new page in 12 pt font size;
Photographs and other graphic images must be submitted in JPG format;
Abstract length: 300–350 words;
The cover page should be formatted in the following order:
