Tamar Kharabadze is a 2024 graduate of the TSU Vocational Programme “Office Management” (Kutaisi). Tamar currently works at LLC “European Central University” as the Head of the Human Resources and Office Administration Department, overseeing the organization’s strategic human resources management and coordination of administrative processes.
She is also employed as a Human Resources Manager at LLC “Coca-Cola Imereti” and serves as a coordinator at the “Academy of Thinking.”
Tamar decided to study at the TSU Vocational Education Center to learn a new profession and improve her professional skills, and her expectations were met. She now effectively applies the knowledge she acquired in real-world settings.
“Particularly important were the practical skills I gained through the programme, which I directly applied in both human resources management and administrative work. In addition, the programme helped strengthen my analytical and communication skills, which are especially important in daily work and allow me to work more effectively both with my team and with partner organizations,” said Tamar Kharabadze.
