Magda Purtsuliani is a 2022 graduate of the Event Management program at the Vocational Education Center of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Kutaisi Branch).
"When I enrolled in this program, my goal was much bigger. I did not just want to prove my abilities - I wanted to master a profession that would make me happy and allow me to bring happiness to others through my work." - Said Magda.
After finishing school, Magda became a student at Akaki Tsereteli State University where she is currently pursuing her master’s degree. Alongside her university studies, she successfully completed her first vocational program in Office Administration in 2019.
"In 2019, I enrolled in the Office Administration vocational program at Akaki Tsereteli State University. I was worried at first that I would not be able to manage studying in two programs at the same time but I was wrong. I became an honors student in both fields and even received scholarships for both of them which I still maintain to this day." - She shared.
In 2020, Magda completed a paid internship in the non-governmental sector. At the same time, she became a member of the Defense and Security Committee of the Student Parliament, later serving as its deputy chair.
All these achievements sparked a new interest in Magda - mastering the profession of event management. Today, she is successfully applying the knowledge and skills gained at TSU Vocational Education Center (Kutaisi) in the implementation of various projects.
"I use the skills and knowledge I gained here in every project I am involved in. I have independently planned and organized multiple events within different projects which have received great feedback." - Says Magda.
But Magda Purtsuliani does not plan to stop there. She dreams of starting her own business in the future and turning her profession as an event manager into a personal source of income.
