The TSU Center for Vocational Education in Tbilisi announces the admission to the professional retraining program "Laboratory Health and Safety."
The requirements for admission to the program are as follows:
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
►Natural Sciences
►Life Sciences
►Applied Biosciences
►Biotechnology
►Environmental Protection
►Agrarian and Agricultural Sciences
►Medicine and Public Health
►Pharmacy or Pharmacology.
Alternatively, candidates may qualify with a vocational qualification related to laboratory work in one of the following areas:
►Laboratory Technician for Chemical Analysis of Substances and Materials
►Expert in Chemical and Food Products
►Specialist in Chemical and Food Industry Safety
►Chemical Production Specialist
►Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Specialist
►Medical and Pharmaceutical Equipment Operator
►Pharmacy and Pharmacy Assistant
►Veterinary Services Specialist.
The professional retraining program "Laboratory Health and Safety" has been implemented at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University since 2022 with the support of the European Union.
Registration for the retraining program will take place from June 6th to June 16th, 2024.
Interested applicants can register for the retraining program on the website: www.vet.emis.ge.
After completing the registration/login process on the website, applicants should select "Professional Programs for Training and Retraining." Then, they should choose the "Programs" section and enter the name of the program "Laboratory Health and Safety" in the search system.
