A corporate event of one of the leading financial companies in Kutaisi was conducted with the participation of students from the TSU Vocational Education Center. Students from the "Event Organization" vocational program (Kutaisi) worked on organizational issues, developed the script, and directly participated in the execution of the event.

According to Ana Razmadze, the head of the "Event Organization" vocational program (Kutaisi), this was not the first event in which vocational students participated. They often have opportunities for such practical experience. "Within the program, we strive to provide students with practical experience alongside theoretical knowledge as much as possible. They frequently attend various events and get involved in their preparation and execution. During the preparation for the corporate party of the financial company, students participated in the organizational part, prepared certificates, welcomed guests, and contributed to developing the entertainment elements of the event." Stated Ana Razmadze.

The program director explained that the students will have many more opportunities to actively participate in events and meet clients. In the near future, they will gain similar experiences while planning school graduation events and festive parties.

The experience gained from planning and executing the corporate party helped vocational program student Ana Pavliashvili to plan the corporate event of her own workplace. "Participating in the corporate event gave me a lot of experience and motivation to organize a corporate party at my job. I was not only the planner of the process but also the host of the party," noted Ana Pavliashvili.
