WeDesign LLC, a fast-growing Tbilisi-based graphic design agency, is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Sales Representative/Customer Support in Graphic Design, no experience needed.

We’re looking for responsible and enthusiastic candidates who are eager to test themselves in the new field.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all international customer correspondence (inbox, chat, call) in a timely manner
• Establish, develop and maintain a positive customer relationship for successful sales execution
• Share information with other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues in a comprehensive manner in both English and Georgian
• Organized and detail oriented with a strong focus on providing superior Customer Service
• Perform and deliver results timely
• Adapt to a fast working environment
• Responsible, enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a strong desire to learn all aspects of the business
• Able to multi-task
• English level - B2/C1, fluent will be considered an advantage
