Compliance Intern

Universal Transit is the leading name in the logistics industry in the United States, offering topnotch logistics services across the country with 100% satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our Compliance Department. This internship presents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in the logistics compliance field.

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 16:00 - 01:00 (Remote)
Duration: 6 months.

Exceptional interns who consistently meet or exceed our company performance expectations during the 6-month internship may be considered for a permanent position upon completion of the internship;

Salary: 500 GEL (NET)

Responsibilities: 

• Develop an understanding of relevant federal regulations and their impact on company
• operations; 
• Assist in addressing compliance violations and finding solutions; 
• Learn to organize and maintain compliance documents and records; 
• Improve written and verbal communication skills for compliance-related discussions; 
• Gain insight into financial aspects related to compliance; 
•  Learn to create compliance reports and use data for decision-making. 
  Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or any of related field;
• Strong interest in compliance and regulatory affairs.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written ;
• Knowledge of English language is a must ;
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility;
• Strong will to learn and continuously develop.
