About the project

Currently, we are looking for a top SEO manager for our key client in Dubai, UAE, which is a company that has successfully supported over 800 enterprises across the globe. Its clientele encompasses entrepreneurs, investors, freelancers, and high-net-worth individuals, all relying on the company's expertise. The company specializes in establishing custom corporate structures, optimizing tax strategies, ensuring asset protection, and providing essential banking solutions for organizations venturing into international markets.

The company's strategic focus extends to key European countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Sweden. What truly defines their approach is the commitment to tailored solutions and collaborative partnerships, ensuring that each client receives precisely what they need to thrive on the global stage.

Your Duties:

As an SEO manager, you will be:

Identifying target keywords and phrases for website optimization and content creation.

Developing high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts in line with content strategy and target keywords

Optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content for improved search rankings

Creating and executing strategies to obtain authoritative backlinks for the website

Managing site speed, mobile-friendliness, and resolving technical SEO issues

Utilizing analytics tools to monitor SEO performance, preparing reports, and offering enhancement suggestions

Analyzing competitors' SEO tactics to identify advantageous opportunities

Staying informed about search engine algorithm changes and adapting strategies accordingly

Working with developers, content creators, and team members to implement SEO plans

Developing off-page strategies including link-building, social engagement, and influencer partnerships

Requirements: 

At least  3 years of experience as an SEO Manager

Proven track record of boosting organic search rankings and driving web traffic growth

Skill in producing high-quality, SEO-optimized content

Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics

Strong grasp of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, site structure optimization, and link-building strategies

Ability to conduct effective keyword research and target high-traffic keywords

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console

Understanding of HTML and CSS

Competence in analyzing SEO data and generating progress reports

Knowledge of technical SEO aspects, including mobile optimization and schema markup

Effective communication skills for collaboration with various team members

Data-driven and analytical mindset, adapting strategies based on performance data

Up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes

Meticulous attention to detail, especially for addressing minor SEO issues

Creative thinking to develop engaging content and innovative strategies

English level upper intermediate is a must (B2)
