About the project

Gegidze Agency is looking for a curious, eager, and dedicated Digital Content Manager to join our team and bring stories to life. As the experienced Content Manager, you'll excel at curating compelling B2B and HR content, leveraging your creativity to enhance our online presence. Additionally, your proficiency in analytics will play a key role in shaping our content strategy.

Your Duties:

As a Digital Content Manager, you will be:
 

• Developing and implementing a content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience
• Coordinating and overseeing the creation of diverse content types (blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.)
• Creating a content calendar to plan and maintain a consistent content flow, considering important dates, events, holidays, and product launches
• Conducting keyword research and working with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines
• Strategizing content distribution across various channels (company website, social media, email newsletters, third-party sites)
• Monitoring audience engagement metrics, responding to user comments and feedback to foster a sense of community around the content
• Tracking and analyzing content performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve strategies
• Collaborating with marketing and PR teams to effectively promote content
• Reviewing and updating existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Working closely with graphic designers and freelancers, providing guidance and support for high-quality content production
• Participating in budget planning for content creation and distribution
• Collaborating with other departments to align content with overall business strategies and objectives
• Producing high-quality, original, and SEO-friendly content across various marketing materials

Requirements: 

• At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Content Manager
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and a willingness to take initiative
• Passion for storytelling
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional visual content and copy creation
• Ability to develop content that drives high engagement
• Exceptional verbal and  writing skills, including proficiency in working with Generative AI language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, etc.)
• Analytical thinking to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions
• Creativity and adaptability in generating innovative content ideas and tailoring writing style for different target audiences and platforms
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring content accuracy, thorough research, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Proven time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• English language advanced (C1) is a must
