Job Summary

The Manual Quality Assurance Tester is responsible for checking the integration of AI products.  This includes developing and executing test cases, identifying defects and issues, and collaborating with the configuration specialists to resolve them. The Manual Quality Assurance Tester must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Involve in creating and updating the test cases
• Execute test cases (manual/automated)
• Support customer launches and work together with technical implementation team in fixing the pre/post launch bugs
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently and timely; ability to successfully work independently and as a productive member of the team
• Ensure adherence to implementation SLA requirements 
• Perform other duties as assigned
