Human Resource Recruitment Agency is seeking to recruit suitable individual for the position of Administrative Assistant.

 

The candidate will be hired by HR Recruitment Agency and will be assigned to International Financial Institution.

 

Job Purpose

The Administrative Assistant will perform full range of administrative duties for the office and other appropriate functions as required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Formats official documents (letters, memos, reports, briefing notes).
  • Supports individual missions with logistics, such as booking the hotel, sending VAT letters, and organizing office/rental cars, as needed within the city or for the site visits.
  • Organizes meetings with local counterparts for the mission members.
  • Supports staff with translations, arranging payment procedures on time.
  • Regularly updates mission schedule and staff Leave/Mission Matrix.
  • Provides printing and binding of briefing notes when needed.
  • Manages electronic filing system, including printing and scanning of documents.
  • Provide back-up for Receptionist as needed.
  • Provide other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

 

Relevant Experience and Requirements

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Georgian
  • Analytical ability to assess/synthesize information
  • Good computer skills with sound knowledge of common word processing, spreadsheets and graphics software
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with individuals from different cultural and technical backgrounds
  • Client-oriented approach
  • High Work Ethics.
