Your day to day tasks will include:

  • Maintain the records and update the internal HR database
  • Support and assist the recruitment team
  • Participate in the screening and interviewing process

 

What you should bring along
 

  • Good written and communication skills in English and German, B2 level
  • Final year student in the field of business administration, phsycology or any related field
  • You want to gain the experience in human resources field
  • You are a digital savy
  • You are creative and have a team spirit

Our hiring process:

  • If the skills and experiences mentioned in your resume match the requirements, you will receive an invitation for a one-way video interview.
  • As a next stage you will be asked to complete the assessment case study.
  • Final step will be an interview with the CEO of the company where you can discuss the assessment and further details of the role.
  • After receiving positive feedback from the client we will circulate the job offer to you.
