On Approval of the Rules of Regulation of the Educational Process of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University

Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State State Legal Entity approved by the Order # 490 of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, dated May 21, 2008, subparagraph "e" of paragraph 2 of Article 2 of the Law of Georgia on Higher Education, Article 8, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Charter of the University, Article 9 , Article 51 of the General Administrative Code of Georgia, Part 1 of Article 52, Part 1 of Article 54, Paragraphs 1, 3, 6 and 7 of Article 61,

The Academic Council establishes:
1. Procedure for regulating the educational process of LEPL - Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Appendix 1).
2. Decree No. 36 of the March 26, 2010, Academic Council of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, known as IDP, shall be invalid.
3. The Chancellery of the University shall be obliged to place the present resolution at all available places.
4. Presentation of this resolution on the official website of the university is to inform the University Information Technology Center.
5. The decree shall enter into force from the 2011-2012 academic year.
