A three-day series of scientific and practical events “AI Future: Where We Are and What Is Next” was held at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. The event was dedicated to the prospects of artificial intelligence development, ethical and legal aspects, and modern challenges.
TSU Deputy Rector Erekle Astakhishvili and TSU Quality Assurance Service Head Shota Potolashvili welcomed the participants, along with other invited guests.
Within the framework of the project, a scientific conference was held where more than 70 reports were presented in seven thematic sections. Discussions focused on the impact of AI on medicine, law, economics, education, the media, and linguistics.
As part of the event, an AI hackathon was held where schoolchildren presented their innovative ideas. The Kutaisi team, QSKIP, won first place.
During the panel discussions and keynote speeches, experts discussed the role of artificial intelligence in the startup ecosystem, entrepreneurship, research, and education.
The TSU Intellectuals Club organized the project, and TSU and the Knowledge Transfer and Innovation Center co-organized it with the support of the Youth Agency.
