A presentation of “Digital Government and Legal Technologies in the Justice System” by Zviad Gabisonia, Doctor of Law, Professor of TSU, Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, was held at Tbilisi State University. The book addresses the legal and administrative aspects of modern digital government, artificial intelligence, and legal technologies, and it is an important academic and practical guide in this field.
TSU Rector, Academician Jaba Samushia opened the event and addressed the audience. The Rector emphasized the importance of such academic and practical publications in the era of digital transformation.
“In today’s world, which is rapidly transitioning to a new stage of digital governance, work that integrates law, technology, and contemporary perspectives on public administration is becoming increasingly important. Zviad Gabisonia’s book will be an important guide for both academic circles and public sector representatives,” Samushia noted.
Other speakers at the event included Givi Mikanadze, Georgia’s Minister of Education, Science and Youth; Paata Salia, Minister of Justice; and Tea Akhvlediani, State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality. The speakers discussed developing digital governance, the legal challenges of artificial intelligence, and the role of technology in modern state governance.
Representatives of the Parliament of Georgia, various ministries and public agencies, members of the academic community, students, and members of the author’s family attended the book presentation.
