The course is designed for master’s level students and practitioners with prior legal knowledge and fluency in English (C1 level expected) who aim to understand the fundamental features of European IP and media law, as well as European data law, and who also want to explore the challenges and basic legal structure of the digital economy."
Participation in LDE is 100% free of charge and can be done remotely and from anywhere in the world using formats such as Zoom and YouTube.
After successfully completing the two examinations, participants will be certified experts in areas such as data protection, digital copyright, and AI law, and will receive a certificate recognizing their successful participation and the examination results achieved."
The lectures are held by renowned experts from all over the world who have decades of experience in science and practice. In addition, highly specialized guest lecturers regularly give talks on specific topics.
