I want to extend a warm welcome to the students, professors and administrative staff of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational science department of the Tbilisi State University.

It’s my great pleasure to serve as the Dean of a faculty with such a distinguished history. Our faculty is characterized by its high professional standard of teaching and scientific research. The Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences plays an integral role across numerous fields. Its responsibilities are crucial in a variety of areas, ranging from providing comprehensive staff training to conducting leading-edge scientific research. 

It is worth noting that each of our educational programs fully adheres to both local and international standards and expectations. I take considerable pride in stating that our faculty boasts of 24 accredited programs, including 10 Master's programs and 8 PhD programs. This solidifies our role as a faculty that is best equipped to facilitate the transformation of young researchers into fully-fledged, specialized professionals.

The faculty is staffed by esteemed academics of exceptional caliber, with expertise spanning in a wide range of specialties. Moreover, our dedicated administrative team tirelessly works to streamline and optimize the educational process, in order to create a comfortable and effective educational experience for our students.

Over the next 4 years, I am firmly committed to enhancing the standard and quality of our educational programs, amplifying our international outreach in both academic and research sectors, and fostering the positive psychological environment that currently thrives in our community. With the support of our esteemed colleagues, I strongly believe these objectives are not just aspirational, but fully achievable. I am open to collaboration and I encourage fresh perspectives, so I want to share now that my door is always open to discuss novel initiatives and foster growth within our academic community.
