From October 18 to 21, 2024, the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Tbilisi State University paid a working visit to the Institute of Law and Administration at Slupsk University in Poland. The Dean attended the opening ceremony of the academic year and participated in the ceremony conferring an honorary doctorate to Professor Irakli Burduli.
As part of the visit, the Dean also visited the University of Warsaw, where meetings were held with Professor Yaroslav Turakovski, head of the Eastern European and Central Asian Law School, and the university’s Vice-Rector, Adam Niviadomski. During the meetings, the parties discussed matters related to the upcoming Congress of the Georgian-Polish Lawyers Association and explored ways to enhance collaboration between the universities.
