Gvantsa Buadze is a remote banker at the Bank of Georgia and a 2024 graduate of the TSU Center of Vocational Education.
She decided to enroll in the vocational programme “Financial Services” (Tbilisi) for several reasons. First of all, her decision was influenced by the reputation of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. The second and main reason was her desire to invest in her career, professional and personal development.
As a mother of two, she believes that it was precisely vocational education that enabled her to achieve career advancement in the banking sector.
