Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a full-time Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to join our team and help us take our products and services to the next level. We appreciate team players with a solid track record of published projects and experience on a wide range of technologies.

You will have an opportunity to work on interesting AI projects in a highly mission driven team with diverse skill sets and interesting personalities. You will work on very challenging projects that require a mix of coding skills, domain knowledge, research, little math and some humor :)

Responsibilities

- Be friendly :)
- Be on time for a daily standup
- Participate eagerly in weekly plannings and reviews
- Build Server side logic and expose it via REST API
- Build Docker images with automated deployment pipeline
- Write code in accordance with established style guides
- Write clear code with comments and README files
- Work in accordance with Git best practices like Gitflow or similar
- Write short, succinct commits and tags with semantic versioning
- Maintain SemVer between code in VC and built images in Prod/Test environments
- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implementation of security and data protection

Requirements
- Strong understanding of Algorithms and data structures
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or Node.js
- Comfortable working with front end libraries such as React JS
- Strong version control skills
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or related
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and libraries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to execute project deliverables within agile and scrum methodologies.
- Highly motivated and extreme sense of ownership and responsibility towards project needs
- Familiarity with automated build and testing methodologies and frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technology like AWS and Docker
- Experience with data science toolkits would be a plus
