Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer to assist users with application issues, resolve simple bugs, and escalate complex problems to senior team members. The role requires basic web development knowledge in Vue.js and TypeScript, excellent English skills, and a willingness to learn Python and undertake QA tasks.

Responsibilities:

•    Provide first-level support and resolution to customer issues.
•    Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
•    Document customer interactions and report on issue resolution.
•    Guide users through troubleshooting procedures.
•    Suggest improvements to support processes.

Requirements:

•    Familiarity with web development technologies, especially Vue.js and TypeScript.
•    Strong command of the English language and effective communication skills.
•    Willing to learn new skills, including Python and QA work.
•    Proven ability to handle and prioritize tasks.

Compensation:

Depends on the experience of the candidate. Part-time or full-time type of employment is possible.
