About the Role
Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to successful onboarding, driving revenue growth while helping customers adopt Helio AI and get real value from the product.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach > demo > close > success
- Actively generate leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, calls)
- Work with inbound leads coming from Growth Marketing
- Run demos and sales calls with potential customers
- Understand customer pain points and clearly position Helio AI’s value
- Manage deals end-to-end and move them efficiently through the pipeline
- Onboard newly closed customers, support their setup, and help them successfully use the product
- Keep CRM fully updated and follow the defined sales process
- Share market insights and customer feedback with the team
What We're Looking For
- English and Russian language proficiency is required (For Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan)
- Experience in B2B or SaaS sales (full-cycle experience preferred)
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, demos, and closing deals
- Stays involved after closing, onboards and supports customers, ensures they successfully use the product
- Strong communication skills and clear revenue generation ownership mindset
- Data-driven, disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline management
- Startup mentality: proactive, fast-moving, and adaptable
