We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated IB Business Management Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction aligned with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, fostering critical thinking, and supporting students in developing a strong understanding of business concepts in a global context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging IB Business Management lessons
• Teach both Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL) students
• Develop and assess Internal Assessments (IA) in accordance with IB guidelines
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare students for IB examinations
• Incorporate real-world business case studies and current events into lessons
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings and professional development
• Support extracurricular activities related to business or entrepreneurship (if applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• IB teaching experience in Business Management is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IB curriculum and assessment criteria
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
• Teaching certification/license (as required by local regulations)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with inquiry-based learning approaches
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
