Who We’re Looking For 👩‍💻👨‍💻

• Real product experience in Front-End Development (React, TypeScript).
• Real product experience in Back-End Development (Python).
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Has strong understanding of relational databases, including data modeling, query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.

What You’ll Do 🚀

• Build and improve product features across both backend and frontend

• Develop APIs and business logic for hiring workflows

• Participate in improving system performance and scalability

Nice to Have 🌿

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and AWS.
