Event & Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events and Projects Manager to join our team at European School. This role is central to the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and special projects that enrich our multicultural community. The Events and Projects Manager will collaborate closely with staff, students, and external partners to create engaging experiences that reflect the school’s values and support student development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee a wide range of school events (academic, cultural, social, and extracurricular).

Manage special projects that enhance the student and community experience.

Coordinate with faculty, parents, and external providers to ensure smooth execution of programs.

Handle logistics, scheduling, communications, and budgeting for events and projects.

Promote student involvement and inclusion through creative and accessible opportunities.

Evaluate the success of events/projects and implement improvements.

Ensure compliance with the school’s policies, health & safety, and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Education, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in event planning, project coordination, or activity management.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures.

Creativity, initiative, and a passion for student and community engagement.

Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
