European Youth Card Program

The European Youth Card program has been officially launched in Georgia, offering special discounts and deals to young people in Georgia and 40 European countries.

Supported by the Council of Europe, the European Youth Card is a European initiative that has created opportunities in education, culture, travel and access to various services for millions of young people across Europe for 40 years.

In Georgia, the program is implemented by the Tbilisi City Hall, which is a licensed member of the European Youth Card Association (EYCA). According to the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Tbilisi City Hall and the Bank of Georgia, the card is available through the Bank of Georgia’s mobile banking app.

Currently, cardholders have access to over 25,000 international offers across Europe, and more than 50 local offers are available, covering over 600 locations. Through the program, private companies, municipal sports and cultural centers, and the Ministry of Culture of Georgia create special conditions for young people.

Georgian citizens between the ages of 18 and 30 can obtain a European Youth Card.
