Titled “Faculty Tradition, Quality, and Responsibility,” the first scientific conference of graduates of the Faculty of Medicine was held at Tbilisi State University.
Successful doctors who graduated from TSU’s Faculty of Medicine and currently work in leading clinics in Georgia and abroad attended the conference. TSU Deputy Rector Kakhaber Cheishvili, Dean of the Faculty Maia Bitskinashvili, Professor Gia Lobzhanidze, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Health of Georgia and MP Lado Kakhadze welcomed the participants.
Several generations of professors, scientists, clinicians, doctoral students, and residents attended the event. After the plenary session, the graduates gave presentations in various sections. Physicians from the United States and European countries participated online.
The conference was organized by the TSU Faculty of Medicine, the Aleksandre Natishvili Institute of Morphology, and the Georgian Medical Association.
