On April 7, an event was held at Metekhi Public School No. 2 in Kaspi Municipality to mark World Health Day. Organized by the Children’s University of the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, it was held within the framework of the Rustaveli National Science Foundation’s SPG-25-652 project “Chemistry in Medicine and Agriculture.”.
A fun lecture on the importance of chemistry and its links to medicine was organized by the school principal, Giorgi Budaghashvili, and the medical doctor, Lia Markarashvili. The lecture included fun experiments such as making a volcano, creating non-alcoholic drinks, coloring flowers and drawing on milk. The pupils were actively involved in the process.
